  Recently had my wife’s birthday at Sudbury prezzo’s could not fault the staff or food in anyway all the staff could not do enough for my family and friends to make my wife’s birthday what I wanted it to be thank you, would recommend highly.

  The restaurant was cold, the service was terrible and we found 2 pieces of chicken in the pasta dishes. I asked the waitress to remove the bottles and glasses from the table as there would not be room for the meals to be brought out, which she said she would do later. I then had to put the empty bottles on the floor at the side of the table to make room for our food to be served. Have tried calling a number of times but no one is picking up the phone. It was grandson's birthday meal and so didn't want to spoil it for him but was so disappointing. Will not be going back to this Prezzo in a hurry, which is a shame as we have always had good service before in this and other Prezzo restaurants
